Customization

On2Biz is designed to be easily customized for your specific workflow requirements. We have two customization options, depending on the level required.

OPTION 1: BASIC CUSTOMIZATION – 5 WORKING DAYS

If your requirements can be addressed by:

  • Updating your organizational structure in the form of teams (groups) and team members (users)
  • Updating the workflow by adding, removing or changing the default milestones (see below for the list of default milestones)
  • Updating the products or services segments to allow you to track jobs/projects by these segments
  • Importing your ongoing or previous jobs/projects so that you can start working with real data on day 1

Once you download the file, add or edit the above details and send it back to us at support@on2.biz

OPTION 2: ADVANCED CUSTOMIZATION – WORKFLOW REQUIREMENTS ANALYSIS + 3 WEEKS

In case your requirements cannot be addressed by the Basic Customization template, then you can opt for Advanced Customization.

  • You can choose to follow the customization guide and prepare a detailed workflow requirement report
  • Send us your workflow requirements at support@on2.biz
  • On ensuring that your requirements are compatible with the customization guide, we shall implement the changes within 3 weeks
